Sardelas Petsa Law Firm, a leading Legal Firm in Greece, is looking for a passionate Lawyer to join its Capital Markets and Structured Transactions team.

You will be advising clients on a wide range of transactions and regulatory issues. This role requires a core understanding of financial laws, market regulations, and financial instruments.

Your responsibilities:


• Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents, offering memoranda, underwriting agreements, and shareholder agreements.


• Ensure compliance with securities laws and regulations, including the Prospectus Regulation, MIFID, EMIR, MAR.


• Provide strategic legal advice on market practices, disclosure requirements, and corporate governance.


• Conduct due diligence for public and private securities offerings and other capital market transactions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments, to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.


• Manage relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and building long-term partnerships.

Your qualifications:


• Qualified lawyer in Greece


• Fluent in Greek and excellent English skills are pre-requisites


• 2-5 years post-qualified experience. Specialised postgraduate studies will be an asset.


• Highly motivated personality with strong negotiation and communication skills
