The Role in a Nutshell

Are you excited about driving quality through smart test automation? Do you get a thrill from spotting bugs before they see the light of day? If you're nodding, we want YOU to join our Quality & Engineering team We're looking for a
Test Coordinator
who's passionate about testing new technologies, blending commercial and open-source tools, and making sure every release is rock-solid.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Collaborating with clients and project team members on test automation initiatives
  • Defining test cases for automation and creating manual ones when needed
  • Writing, enhancing, and running automation scripts like a pro
  • Participating in defect management and working with development teams to resolve issues
  • Sharing your knowledge of test automation with the team and supporting continuous improvement

Your Key Strengths

  • At least 6 months of experience
    in a client-facing or quality assurance/testing role
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Excel and Power BI reporting
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing practices
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and great communication skills

Bonus Points For

  • PMO or junior project management experience
  • Experience with tools like JIRA (XRAY) or HP ALM
  • Knowledge of digital platforms (Web, Mobile, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or JDE, or BI tools like Tableau and Qlik
