We are looking for a
Senior Test Coordinator
to join our team on behalf of our clinet in the
consulting
sector.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure the successful planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities across projects.
  • Define and implement test strategies and plans aligned with project requirements and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing cycles including system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ensure traceability of test cases to business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
  • Manage test environments and data preparation in coordination with different teams.
  • Monitor test progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and present test status reports, defect metrics, and quality KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Support audit and compliance activities by maintaining proper documentation and traceability.
  • Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure proper prioritization and resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and third-party testers when applicable.

What We're Looking For:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing or Testing coordination, preferably in the financial services or insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies (ISTQB, Agile Testing, Risk-Based Testing).
  • Certifications such as ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level are considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, TestRail, Zephyr) and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
