  Τοποθεσία: Νέο Ηράκλειο, Αττικής

   Μοντέλο εργασίας: Υβριδικό

   Ωράριο Εργασίας: Δευτέρα – Παρασκευή, 08:30 – 17:00

  Θα αναφέρεσαι στον: Inventory & Cost Controlling Manager

Ο ρόλος σου:

Ως μέλος της ομάδας λογιστηρίου, θα έχεις κομβικό ρόλο στην παρακολούθηση και    διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, την καταχώρηση παραστατικών και τη διασφάλιση της ακρίβειας στα οικονομικά δεδομένα της εταιρείας.

    Πιο συγκεκριμένα:

  • Καταχώρηση  τιμολογίων αγορών
  • Έλεγχος αρνητικών αποθεμάτων πριν τη διαδικασία του αποτελέσματος
  • Προετοιμασία και έλεγχος μηναίων τιμολογήσεων λογιστηρίου αποθηκών
  • Έλεγχος ατιμολόγητων παραστατικών
  • Υποστήριξη σε έκτακτες εργασίες του τμήματος

    Τι αναζητούμε:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ / ΙΕΚ / ΕΠΑΛ στον τομέα Οικονομικών ή Διοίκησης
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση λογιστικών διαδικασιών
  • Εξοικείωση με MS Excel και ERP συστήματα (ιδανικά SAP)
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης και επικοινωνίας οικονομικών στοιχείων
  • Οργανωτική σκέψη, ακρίβεια στη λεπτομέρεια και αίσθημα ευθύνης
