Ivis4 Boutique Hotel, a 4-star boutique property with 14 uniquely designed rooms, is looking for a
Night Auditor

to join our team. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional personal service and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

What You'll Do:

Oversee the hotel during night shifts as the main point of contact for guests

Provide warm, personalized service, ensuring a memorable stay

Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries

Perform nightly audit procedures, including daily reports and closing

Prepare the breakfast area for the morning service

Ensure smooth handover to the morning team

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a front desk or night auditor role

Fluency in both Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)

Comfortable working independently on a solo night shift

Detail-oriented with basic accounting/administrative skills

Familiarity with Pylon PMS is a plus, but not required (training provided)
