We are looking for motivated and service-oriented individuals to join an international IT support team. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and customer service who wants to develop a career in technical support within a global environment.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve technical issues, guiding them through troubleshooting steps, and ensuring a positive service experience, all while working in a collaborative and multicultural setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support to users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues.
  • Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical incidents efficiently.
  • Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support when needed.
  • Record all interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth IT service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) and good English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding or interest in IT, computers, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • No previous IT experience required, full training will be provided.
