Η ομάδα μας αναπτύσσεται δυναμικά και αναζητά Warehouse Shift Coordinator για να ενισχύσει το κέντρο διανομής μας και να συντονίζει καθημερινά την ομάδα Αποθήκης που εκτελεί και παραγγελίες για τους πελάτες μας.

Τι περιλαμβάνει η καθημερινότητά σου:

  • Συντονίζεις και καθοδηγείς την ομάδα σου, με στόχο την αποτελεσματική εκτέλεση όλων των διαδικασιών της αποθήκης (παραλαβές, αποθήκευση, συλλογή παραγγελιών, φορτώσεις)

  • Διασφαλίζεις την ομαλή λειτουργία και συνεργασία της ομάδας επιλύοντας αποτελεσματικά πιθανά θέματα που μπορεί να προκύψουν

  • Παρακολουθείς τα επίπεδα παραγωγικότητας της ομάδας και κάνεις διορθωτικές κινήσεις όπου χρειάζεται

  • Κατανέμεις και οργανώνεις σωστά τις παραγγελίες που έχουν προγραμματιστεί για την ημέρα

  • Διαχειρίζεσαι και ελέγχεις τον προγραμματισμό των φορτώσεων

  • Αξιοποιείς το λογισμικό διαχείρισης αποθήκης (WMS), παρακολουθείς τις καταχωρήσεις και ενημερώνεις για τυχόν λάθη, σε συνεργασία με τον Υπεύθυνο Αποστολών

  • Οργανώνεις και συντηρείς τον αποθηκευτικό χώρο για τη μέγιστη αποδοτικότητα και τον διατηρείς ασφαλή και καθαρό

  • Εξασφαλίζεις την τήρηση των κανόνων για την Υγεία και την Ασφάλεια των υπαλλήλων στον χώρο της αποθήκης

  • Συνεργάζεσαι με άλλες ομάδες εντός της αποθήκης αλλά και με άλλα τμήματα της εταιρείας (π.χ. πωλήσεις, accounting)

Τι χρειάζεται να έχεις:

  • Τουλάχιστον 1 χρόνο εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε περιβάλλον οργανωμένης αποθήκης

  • Έχεις πολύ καλή γνώση προγραμμάτων διαχείρισης αποθήκης WMS

  • Γνωρίζεις πώς να καθοδηγήσεις και να παρακινήσεις την ομάδα σου και επικοινωνείς αποτελεσματικά μαζί τους

  • Λειτουργείς με συνέπεια, υπευθυνότητα και οργάνωση, και προγραμματίζεις αποτελεσματικά τις εργασίες αποθήκης

  • Προσαρμόζεσαι γρήγορα και βρίσκεις λύσεις όπου χρειάζεται

  • Έχεις θετική προσέγγιση και συνεργάζεσαι εύκολα με διαφορετικές ομάδες

  • Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης σε βάρδιες (Δευτέρα-Παρασκευή)
