Our team is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join forces with us and ensure that our operations are well-coordinated and productive.

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will manage the daily flow of our warehouse & ensure that it operates with optimum precision and efficiency.

The position is based in Koropi - Athens

What you'll do:

• Manage the placement of received merchandise orders and the monitoring of inventory in the warehouse.
• Handle discrepancies between orders, documents, and received goods.
• Ensure reliability of merchandise inventory through coordination of physical and accounting stock.
• Execute merchandise receptions and conduct physical inventory counts.
• Collect items and prepare orders for shipment.
• Enter data into the system following guidelines and under the supervision of the warehouse supervisor.
• Possess knowledge of the overall functioning of the purchasing and distribution warehouse.
• Ability to stand in for the warehouse supervisor as needed.

What You'll Need

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages WMS, ERP, and MS Office proficiency
• Experience in using RF scanner
• Results-oriented & goals-driven attitude
• Basic knowledge of warehouse logistics
• Fluent in Greek and English is a must
