We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations & Project Coordinator
based in
South Attica / Glyfada
to support two exciting projects in the fields of
sports nutrition
and
fitness innovation
.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Energy Gels Project

  2. Communicate with our existing supplier for endurance athlete energy gels.

  3. Coordinate with our accountant and health authorities for product compliance.
  4. Manage orders, sales, and shipping to customers.
  5. Handle customs and logistics procedures for international shipments.

2.Fitness & Measurement Space Project

  • Research and identify suitable spaces in Glyfada or the southern suburbs for a gym/laboratory-style facility.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to set up the space.
  • Handle administrative and bureaucratic tasks related to permits and setup.

Requirements
:

  • Based in
    South Attica / Glyfada area
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving attitude
  • Comfort working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • Driver's license and car (preferred)
  • Fluency in
    Greek and English
    (both written and spoken)
