What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, or chat

  • Help users with digital services, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through solutions

  • Represent the brand with professionalism and empathy

  • Learn everything you need through our comprehensive training program

What You Need

  • Fluent Italian (C2 level) written and spoken
