Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone and email.
- Answer questions regarding product use, ingredients, and safety.
- Offer solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Native-level Greek and fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule.
