As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high-quality service experience. You will receive full training to help you succeed in your daily tasks and build long-term skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver timely and professional customer support across multiple channels
- Assist customers with account issues, product questions, or general inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently
- Record interactions in the internal system
- Collaborate with other teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- EU citizenship OR valid work permit for Greece
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work on-site in Athens
- Availability to work rotational shifts (Monday-Sunday)
- Permanent full-time contract
