The Role - Junior IAM Engineer

We have an excellent opportunity for strong software developers to expand their skills within the rapidly growing field of Information Security and become Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultants. Although existing skills in this field would be beneficial, no previous experience is required. All successful applicants will receive training to help them progress to an advanced level of working mostly from Athens and sometimes across Europe.

You will work in a highly collaborative team environment and be provided with the support and personal development to become a fully integrated and productive IAM Consultant.

Ideal Candidates Must Have

  • ΒA or BSc degree in IT related subject (or 6 months away from completion)
  • C#, Java or Python development experience
  • Familiarity in the development of SQL (any flavour)
  • Familiarity with development against documented APIs
  • Basic knowledge of Computer Networking
  • Excellent problem-solving and strong communication skills – both in written and verbal English
  • Self-motivation and ability to take a pro-active approach to work assignments
  • Willingness to travel – this role can require some client-site work
  • A desire and interest to work for the Information Security Sector
  • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
  • Be able to commute to our Athens office several times a week.
  • Fluent Greek and English language required.

Nice To Have, But Not Necessary

  • Directory experience (AD, Azure, LDAP)
  • Experience in network device configuration
  • SaaS deployment experience
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures
  • Knowledge of Cloud architectures and complex enterprise On-Premise IT landscapes and hybrid Cloud/On-Prem architectures
  • Knowledge of enterprise identity lifecycle management processes and standards
  • Proven track record in working as part of a team, meeting deadlines, tutoring/mentoring
