Στο πλαίσιο της στρατηγικής ανάπτυξης και αναδιοργάνωσης των βασικών της λειτουργιών, η Ρ. Δαούτσαλης Α.Ε. αναζητά στελέχη υψηλής κατάρτισης, με επαγγελματισμό και όραμα, για να ενισχύσουν δυναμικά τη Διοικητική και Εμπορική της ομάδα.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Καθορισμός και υλοποίηση της στρατηγικής της εταιρείας σε συνεργασία με τη Διοίκηση.
  • Εποπτεία όλων των τμημάτων και διασφάλιση της ομαλής λειτουργίας τους.
  • Σχεδιασμός και παρακολούθηση KPIs σε επίπεδο πωλήσεων, αποθήκης, εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και τεχνικής υποστήριξης.
  • Διαχείριση προϋπολογισμού και ανάλυση στόχων για την βελτιστοποίηση της απόδοσης.
  • Ενίσχυση της εταιρικής κουλτούρας και ανάπτυξη του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού.
  • Ανάλυση αγοράς, ανταγωνισμού και τάσεων, με σκοπό την εισαγωγή νέων στρατηγικών.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή σχετικού κλάδου. Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος θα εκτιμηθεί.
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 8 ετών σε ανώτατη διοικητική θέση, ιδανικά στον κλάδο του εμπορίου.
  • Ικανότητα ηγεσίας, στρατηγικής σκέψης και αποτελεσματικής λήψης αποφάσεων.
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ομάδων και οργανωτικών μετασχηματισμών.
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας και χρήσης ERP / CRM.
