Περιγραφή Θέσης:

H εταιρεία μας επιθυμεί συνεργασία με ασκούμενη/ο δικηγόρο. Ο νέος συνεργάτης θα ενταχθεί στην ομάδα των Ακινήτων (Νομική Διαχείριση Ακινήτων), με καθήκοντα:

  • την επικοινωνία με το δίκτυο περιφέρειας,
  • την εξοικείωση με ελέγχους ακινήτων και μερίδων και την κατάρτιση και υποβολή αιτήσεων τόσο σε περιβάλλον της πλατφόρμας του Κτηματολογίου όσο του συστήματος Μεταγραφών και Υποθηκών (ΣΜΥ).

Θα επιδιωχθεί η γρήγορη ένταξη στη διαχείριση των ροών και η εξοικείωση με τις υποδομές, τα συστήματα και το οργανόγραμμα της εταιρείας μας.

Απαιτήσεις:

  • Απόφοιτη/ος ή τελειόφοιτη/ος αναγνωρισμένης Νομικής Σχολής.
  • Εξοικείωση με τη χρήση της πλατφόρμας Microsoft Office.
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας.
  • Δημιουργικό και καινοτόμο πνεύμα.
  • Ικανότητα απόδοσης υπό συνθήκες πίεσης και ανταπόκριση σε απαιτητικά χρονικά πλαίσια.
  • Επικοινωνιακή ικανότητα.
  • Θα εκτιμηθεί ενδεχόμενη εμπειρία στον χειρισμό της πλατφόρμας
