SHIFTLEADER-ΥΠΕΥΘΥΝΟ ΒΑΡΔΙΑΣ

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΘΕΣΗΣ

  • Επίβλεψη τήρησης του προγράμματος και των διαδικασιών της παραγωγής

  • Επίβλεψη της λειτουργίας των μηχανών

  • Επίβλεψη και καθοδήγηση των ομάδων εργαζομένων

  • Επίβλεψη της τήρησης των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.

ΠΡΟΦΙΛ ΥΠΟΨΗΦΙΟΥ

  • Πτυχίο Α.Ε.Ι. ή Τ.Ε.Ι. με κατεύθυνση παραγωγής ή τεχνικού επαγγέλματος

  • Απαραίτητα 5 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε βιομηχανική παραγωγή

  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας και γνώση Η/Υ (συστήματα ERP)

  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε 3 βάρδιες

Ευελιξία και ικανότητα διαχείρισης προβλημάτων

  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας, προγραμματισμού και οργάνωσης

  • Αίσθημα ευθύνης, συνέπεια και ακεραιότητα

  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις
