We are looking for a vibrant and fast thinking "FTTH Design & GIS Analyst" to be part of our successful team in our "FTTH Design Team". 

You have a challenging mission for: 

Managing and analyzing geospatial data/information of fiber optic network as well as providing maps and datasets crucial for decision making, identify and assess trends in spatial data and maintain libraries of geospatial information as regards fiber optic network and assets.

What will you do: 

• Resolve FO network data inconsistences
• Participate in UF commercial announcements by providing specific data to Regulatory teams 
• Develop customized tools
• Manage and analyze geospatial data
• Administrate GIS database
• Conduct frequent quality checks and validate fiber optic network data robustness
• Perform quality checks of provided network As-Builts on weekly basis       

It would be great if you have: 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in the telecommunications sector (preferred)
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations for construction and environmental permitting
• Very good knowledge of ArcGIS
• At least 3 years of experience working with fiber optic networks
• Strong background in fiber design, construction procedures, and industry standards
• Excellent understanding of FTTH topology and fiber optic network principles
• In-depth knowledge of fiber network design tools (AutoCAD, GIS-based software, ARC mapping, Web Apps, etc.)
• Very good knowledge of English written and oral
