We are growing quickly and building our next-generation AI content pipelines — and this role will be at the core of that journey.

Role overview

You will bridge creative direction and scalable AI execution. You'll choose models/tools, build prompt systems, operate pipelines, run first-line QA, and iterate to push both

quality

and

unit-economics. You are the key link from

brief AI retouch delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative briefs / ShotSpecs into executable AI plans (OSS vs hosted; routing logic).
• Build & maintain reusable prompt templates/libraries (stills, lifestyle, PDP video).
• Operate AI pipelines at scale: batching, retries, versioning, throughput; monitor failures and recoveries.
• First-line QA: check silhouette, fabric fidelity, edges, and colors; flag artifacts pre-retouch.
• Partner with retouching: share error patterns, adjust prompts, improve first-pass yield.
• R&D: test new OSS models, LoRAs, and control modules (e.g., ControlNet, IP-Adapter); trial video models.
• Write SOPs/docs: onboarding AI artists, handover, maintenance, error handling.
• Track metrics: outputs/day, cost per output, yield, iterations, GPU utilization.
• Maintain auditability: model checkpoint, prompt, seed, and tool versions for reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Producer/Creative to ensure brand fidelity and quick iteration.

First 90 days – Key deliverables

• Prompt Library v1
  
  covering 10 SKUs × color × pose.
• Pilot delivery: ~100 stills + 10 PDP loops with first-pass QA.
• Pipeline runner/orchestrator
  
  (OSS + hosted routing).
• SOP pack: workflows, branching logic, QA checklist, error handling.
• Monthly dashboard: unit economics, yield, cost breakdown, and optimization proposals.

Requirements

• Proven production experience with diffusion models (SD/SDXL) beyond demos.
• Hands-on with OSS + at least one hosted tool (ComfyUI, Runway, Krea, NanoBanana, etc.).
• Prompt engineering at scale (templates, parameters, seeds, reproducibility).
• Scripting/automation (Python, Docker, workflow/orchestration); version-control mindset.
• Visual QA sensibility for fashion/eCommerce (silhouette, fabric, color consistency).
• Solid grasp of GPU/inference cost, batching, and memory constraints.

Nice to have:

LoRA training on brand data; short-video generation; governance/rights familiarity; fashion/eCom background; experience scaling to 1,000s of assets.
