Role Description

This is a full-time remote Commercial Manager role. Responsibilities include overseeing commercial operations, developing and implementing business strategies, designing pricing schemes, closing deals, and managing contracts and partnerships. The role requires analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, creating business plans, and leading a team to achieve revenue and operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and a strategic mindset to assess market trends and drive decision-making
  • Expertise in Commercial Management and Planning for creating and implementing growth strategies
  • Proven ability in Team Management and fostering collaboration to achieve organizational objectives
  • Experience in Contract Management, ensuring compliance and successful partnerships
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Experience in technology is mandatory; experience in SaaS or PaaS is highly advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of Digital Tools & Systems (ERP, CRM, Excel, Power Bi or similar)
  • Good understanding of BPM and Workflow systems.
