Real estate consultant

Epsilon team, a boutique real estate company with a strong brand presence and premium portfolio, is seeking to expand its team with a real estate consultant for the athens area.

Role overview

After completing training and fully adopting the operating model and client service philosophy applied at Epsilon Team, which is fundamentally different from the practices of other comparable companies, the associate will undertake properties for lease and sale, either through their own contacts or through leads introduced by the company. The associate will present these properties to clients generated by the company through its advertising activities, for which the associate bears no financial cost. The associate will then proceed to complete the sale or lease, always in coordination with and with the support of the company management and the legal team that supports Epsilon Team.

Key responsibilities

Managing client portfolios

Conducting property viewings and client meetings

Advising clients throughout the buying or renting process

Collaborating with the internal team on marketing and property promotion

Maintaining professional communication with property owners and prospects

Requirements

Communication skills

Interest in real estate and client-oriented roles

Professional appearance and business mindset

Basic computer skills

Fluent in English language

Previous experience in real estate or sales will be considered an asset but is not mandatory
