Role:
We are looking for an
SEO Specialist
to join our team The SEO Specialist plays a vital role in executing day-to-day SEO activities that contribute to the growth and visibility of enterprise-level, multi-national websites. Combining technical and content optimization, this role requires strong analytical skills, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As an SEO Specialist, you'll need to have some basic experience in managing SEO on- and off-site activities, as well as to portray an understanding of digital marketing strategies.
This role reports to the SEO Manager and works closely with SEO peers, but also the Media Activation, Data & Analytics, Ecommerce, Creative and Development teams across the organization, to effectively conceive and execute various growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional numerical, organizational and project management skills, and deliver successfully on-time and on-budget.
Responsibilities:
- Execute on-site and off-site SEO activities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Conduct keyword research, content audits, and technical checks to identify optimization opportunities.
- Implement SEO best practices across content and technical areas.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs and identify trends.
- Contribute data and analysis for client performance reviews.
- Participate in internal projects and support broader team priorities.
- Support, when necessary, your SEO peers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SEO, digital marketing, MarTech and AI.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least 1-year prior experience in SEO, on agency or client side
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computing or similar area
- Basic user of SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, Moz, SeRanking, Google Analytics, ahrefs etc.)
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
- Enthusiastic, curious and self-motivated individual, setting and following high standards
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail essential
- Numerical and analytical – works with figures, pivot tables, charts and formulas at ease
- Proactive, and takes ownership of work
- Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and dive in on challenging, complex problems with no clear solutions
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, in professional Greek and English
- Experience in using Microsoft Office tools daily
- Google and other certifications a plus
- Paid search and/or other digital media experience a plus
