Ενισχύουμε την Οικονομική μας Διεύθυνση με έναν/μία Βοηθό Λογιστή , με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, διάθεση μάθησης και στόχο την υποστήριξη των καθημερινών λειτουργιών και την εξέλιξη σε ολοκληρωμένο επαγγελματία λογιστικής.

Καθήκοντα

  • Καταχώριση καθημερινών εγγραφών στο γενικό καθολικό.
  • Υποστήριξη των μηνιαίων συμφωνιών τραπεζών, προμηθευτών και πελατών.
  • Συμβολή στις διαδικασίες μηνιαίου και ετήσιου κλεισίματος (δεδουλευμένα, τακτοποιητικές εγγραφές, τεκμηρίωση).
  • Τήρηση βιβλίων σύμφωνα με τα Ελληνικά Λογιστικά Πρότυπα (Ε.Λ.Π.) και λειτουργίες myDATA (με καθοδήγηση).
  • Συγκέντρωση εγγράφων και καταστάσεων για εσωτερικούς/εξωτερικούς ελέγχους.
  • Συνεργασία με λειτουργικά τμήματα για τη συλλογή ακριβών οικονομικών στοιχείων.
  • Συμμετοχή στη βελτίωση διαδικασιών για ακρίβεια, ελέγχους και αποδοτικότητα.
  • Διαχείριση ad-hoc εργασιών λογιστηρίου και ειδικών projects, όπου απαιτείται.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Λογιστικής, Χρηματοοικονομικών ή άλλης οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης .
  • 0–1 έτος σχετικής εμπειρίας.
  • Βασικές γνώσεις Ε.Λ.Π. και myDATA.
  • Εξοικείωση με Excel.
  • Διάθεση να εξελίξει γνώσεις στη χρήση και τις δυνατότητες του ERP.
  • Έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια, οργάνωση και συνέπεια.
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη με προδραστική, problem-solving προσέγγιση.
  • Καθαρή επικοινωνία και ομαδικό πνεύμα.
