Costing Specialist

Τοποθεσία: Αθήνα (εξ' ολοκλήρου δια ζώσης)

Έναρξη: Το συντομότερο δυνατό

Αμοιβή: Ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο, ανάλογα με την εμπειρία και τα προσόντα

Καθήκοντα Θέσης:

  • Διαχείριση αγορών και τιμολόγησης προμηθευτών & παροχών logistics
  • Παρακολούθηση και συμφωνία τιμολογίων (μεταφορικά, εκτελωνιστικά προμηθευτές, υπηρεσίες)
  • Συνεργασία με το λογιστήριο για την επιβεβαίωση τιμολογίων και την καταγραφή εξόδων
  • Ενημέρωση και διαχείρηση αρχείων Excel με παραγγελίες και οικονομικές συμφωνίες
  • Συντονισμός με αποθήκες, μεταφορικές και προμηθευτές για αποστολές και παραστατικά
  • Υποστήριξη στη δημιουργία παραγγελιών, πιστωτικών σημειωμάτων και σχετικής καταχώρησης σε ERP (SAP, Entersoft ή παρόμοια συστήματα)
  • Διαχείρηση αποδεικτικών παράδοσης και επίλυση πιθανών διαφορών σε παραστατικά
  • Υποστήριξη σε εργασίες κλεισίματος μήνα και αναφορών κόστους logistics

Τι Αναζητούμε:

  • 1–3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα/αγορές/λογιστήριο
  • Γνώση ERP συστημάτων (SAP, Entersoft ή αντίστοιχα) & καλή χρήση Excel
  • Οικονομική αντίληψη: διαχείριση τιμολογίων, καταγραφή εξόδων, έλεγχος κόστους
  • Επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες, ιδιαίτερα στα αγγλικά (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Οργανωτικός/ή, με έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια και υπευθυνότητα
  • Ικανότητα πολυδιάστατης συνεργασίας (αποθήκη, προμηθευτές, οικονομικό, μεταφορές)
