Long-Term Rentals Coordinator

We're looking for an L-T Rentals Coordinator to join our long term rentals team in our fast-growing company in the Property Management sector:

Role: L-T Rentals Coordinator

As our L-T Rentals Coordinator, you will supervise and streamline all aspects of long-term rental operations—liaising with owners, tenants and service providers to deliver a seamless leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding, documentation and advertising of long-term rental listings
  • Supervise the long-term department team, monitor team's workload and keeping deadlines.
  • Responsible for communication with owners for new properties, renewals, terminations, maintenance, rents etc
  • Make sure respond promptly to inquiries, schedule property viewings and assist with lease signings
  • Track lease renewals, rent collections and maintenance requests
  • Ensure full compliance with local tenancy laws and property standards in collaboration with legal
  • Maintain accurate records in our internal systems; prepare reports as needed (for maintenance, for rental payments etc.)
  • Support the wider property management team with administrative and operational tasks
  • Supervise day-to-day workflows to drive efficiency and service excellence

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; equivalent work experience in property management will also be valued.
  • Exceptional administrative, organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with local tenancy regulations is advantageous
  • High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
