The Role

We're looking for freelance engineers in Athens to collaborate with us on an ad-hoc basis. Some months the workload spikes, and when it does, we need sharp engineers who can deliver at high pace without compromising quality.

This is a demanding role — designed for curious, ambitious engineers who thrive in fast-moving environments and love experimenting with new tech.

What You'll Do


• Design, develop, and test code.


• Help us scale up by shaping processes, tools, and best practices.


• Continuously explore emerging AI trends, staying ahead of the curve and putting them into action.


• Apply curiosity across both AI infrastructure and "normal" software builds — we use everything that gives us an edge.


• Collaborate closely during busy phases.

What We're Looking For


• Strong foundation in software engineering, OOP principles, and performance optimization.


• Hands-on Java + Spring Boot back-end experience.


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.), testing, and databases (SQL & NoSQL).


• Curiosity and excitement for AI and modern developer tools.


• Independent, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.


• Based in Athens, Greece (preferred - not strict).


• A public GitHub/GitLab profile with demonstrated work is a strong plus.


• Moderate experience with Coding CLIs , LLM APIs and agentic workflows would be considered a plus.
