On behalf of our client, a well-established insurance agency based in Metamorfosi, Attica, we are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join their team as:

Account Manager/Broker for the General Insurance Sector (Non-Motor)

holding valid
Insurance Intermediary Certification from the Bank of Greece

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate insurance cases in the general insurance sector (corporate, general liability, construction projects, industrial risks, etc.)
  • Manage and oversee internal processes to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle and resolve client requests promptly and effectively
  • Maintain communication with insurance companies to ensure seamless collaboration

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar role within an Agency/Brokerage or Insurance Company
  • Valid Insurance Intermediary Certification from the Bank of Greece (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of the Greek language, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Strong team spirit, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility
  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
