Human Resources Generalist
to join our HR team.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Management

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle: attraction, evaluation, and selection of candidates
• Prepare and post job advertisements on various online platforms
• Communicate and collaborate with public and private employment agencies
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and prepare job offers for selected candidates
• Handle hiring, termination, and voluntary resignation processes
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees
• Create and maintain personnel files and employment records

HR Administration

• Document and improve HR procedures and policies
• Manage employee leaves, overtime, and attendance records
• Handle subsidized employment programs and funding initiatives
• Organize and manage employee training programs (e.g., safe driving, operational procedures, productivity, communication, customer service)
• Develop and oversee employee reward and recognition initiatives
• Monitor workplace health and safety compliance

Collaboration & Advisory Role

• Work closely with General Management to identify future recruitment needs
• Act as an advisor and point of contact for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar HR role
• Experience in recruitment, evaluation, and selection processes
• Solid knowledge of Greek labor legislation
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication with public authorities (OAED, EFKA, etc.)
• Strong command of English and proficiency in MS Office
