παρέχει υπηρεσίες εξωδικαστικής επίλυσης διαφορών με γνώμονα την έγκαιρη, οικονομική και αποτελεσματική επίλυση κάθε υπόθεσης δεκτικής διαμεσολάβησης ή/και διαιτησίας.

Προσφέρει υψηλής ποιότητας υπηρεσίες σε συνεργασία με Διαιτητές και Διαμεσολαβητές με κύρος και εμπειρία στην επίλυση εγχώριων και διεθνών διαφορών, σε υπερσύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις στο κέντρο της Αθήνας.

αναζητά
έμπειρη/ο Δικηγόρο
με ενασχόληση στην εξωδικαστική επίλυση διαφορών για Διοικητική υποστήριξη υπηρεσιών φιλοξενίας και διαχείρισης διαμεσολάβησης και διαιτησίας.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Εξυπηρέτηση και συντονισμός του συνόλου των υπηρεσιών διαχείρισης διαμεσολάβησης και διαιτησίας που παρέχονται από την εταιρία ΕΟΔΙΔ ΑΕ και από τους συνεργαζόμενους διαιτητές και διαμεσολαβητές
  • Διοικητική υποστήριξη των διαιτησιών που φιλοξενούνται στον ΕΟΔΙΔ (επιμέλεια ορθής ηχογράφησης, τήρηση σημειώσεων για την αποηχογράφηση των πρακτικών)
  • Διαχείριση επικοινωνιών που απαιτούνται για τη διαχείριση υποθέσεων ΥΑΣΔ, διαμεσολάβησης και διαιτησίας υπό Κανονισμό ΕΟΔΙΔ
  • Αποστολή οικονομικών προσφορών σε ενδιαφερόμενους των υπηρεσιών του ΕΟΔΙΔ και μέριμνα για τις απαραίτητες κατά περίπτωση διατυπώσεις σε περίπτωση αποδοχής της προσφοράς.
  • Παρακολούθηση των εξελίξεων (νομοθετικές, νομολογιακές) στο ADR για την αξιοποίησή τους σε σύντομα άρθρα, σε newsletter κ.λπ.
  • Διαχείριση κρατήσεων αιθουσών στις εγκαταστάσεις του ΕΟΔΙΔ (για διαμεσολάβηση, διαιτησία και άλλες δραστηριότητες) και επίβλεψη της οργάνωσης της αίθουσας (στήσιμο, επισιτιστικά, εξοπλισμός, οργάνωση υλικού) ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες κάθε κράτησης.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Νομικής ή/και πρακτική εμπειρία ή θεωρητική κατάρτιση στις εξωδικαστικές μορφές επίλυσης διαφορών (ιδίως διαμεσολάβηση ή διαιτησία).
  • Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια επαγγελματική εμπειρία (κατά προτίμηση σε εταιρικό περιβάλλον).
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ και περιβάλλοντος MS Office.
  • Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και της αγγλικής γλώσσας σε προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο
  • Οργανωτικότητα, προσαρμοστικότητα στην εργασία και στους ρυθμούς που απαιτούν οι εκάστοτε συνθήκες, σωστή διαχείριση χρόνου, ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής ιεράρχησης προτεραιτήτων, αξιοπιστία, εχεμύθεια, δυναμικότητα, ευελιξία.
  • Διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες. Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και άνεση στις κοινωνικές επαφές.
  • Ευελιξία ως προς το χρόνο του/ης για απασχόληση σε διαφορετικές ώρες εργασίας, εάν και όποτε χρειάζεται.
