Role Purpose

The Finance & Business Analyst acts as the core team member supporting the CFCO in driving financial strategy, business planning, investment evaluation, and capital structuring across the Eunice Group. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of financial analysis and strategic execution. Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Financial Planning

• Support the development, consolidation, and monitoring of annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Analyze actual performance versus budget/forecast, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Track and maintain key financial and operational KPIs in collaboration with business units and the CFCO.

Investment & Business Case Analysis

• Build, maintain, and stress-test detailed financial models for internal decision-making and investment evaluation.
• Conduct valuation analysis (DCF, IRR, comparables) and scenario planning to support capital allocation.
• Contribute to business plans and investment materials for review by management and governance bodies.

Capital & M&A Support

• Assist in capital planning, project financing, and financial structuring (debt, equity).
• Support screening and evaluation of M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, or divestments.
• Maintain a pipeline view of initiatives and structured documentation for active transactions.

External Counterparty Support

• Assist the CFCO in preparing information memorandums, presentations, and data packs for external stakeholders, including: financial investors, banks, strategic partners, and public institutions.
• Ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and tailored to the intended audience.

Executive & Cross-Functional Support

• Prepare presentations, financial reports, and briefing materials for use by the CFCO in senior leadership or board discussions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, technical, operations) to ensure alignment and data integrity.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives led by the CFCO, GM, or CEO.

Data & Systems Oversight

• Support the use and optimization of ERP and reporting systems.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and structure in financial and contractual data archives.

Profile & Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering; postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance, consulting, accounting, or a corporate development setting.
• Experience in a banking/investment fund, investment banking, or advisory/Big 4 environment is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and manage detailed, flexible financial models (business plans, investment cases, sensitivity scenarios).
• Familiarity with valuation methods (DCF, IRR, multiples), capital structures, IFRS, and financial KPIs.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems and data management tools.
• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
