We are currently seeking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team, focused on financial reporting, analysis, and system-driven data management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
  • Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from Pylon ERP to support reporting and decision-making
  • Build, update, and maintain Excel-based financial models and pivot table dashboards for variance analysis, KPIs, and business performance tracking
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles by gathering departmental input and preparing variance reports
  • Perform financial reconciliations, ensuring data integrity between Pylon and reporting tools
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals, journal entries, and supporting schedules

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance will be considered as a plus
  • At least 2-4 years of previous professional experience, in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related fields
  • Experience with Pylon ERP will be considered as a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and basic financial modeling
  • Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently
  • Self-motivated and focus on continuous improvement
  • Good command of the English language
