Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.
