Ως Key Account Executive, θα έχεις κεντρικό ρόλο στην εύρυθμη λειτουργία και απόδοση της ομάδας πωλήσεων.

Τι θα κάνεις στην καθημερινότητά σου:

  • Θα αναπτύσσεις στρατηγική για συνεργασίες με premium accounts όπως, φαρμακεία, beauty & concept stores σε Ελλάδα, Κύπρο & Βουλγαρία.
  • Θα συμμετέχεις hands-on στη διαχείριση λήψης παραγγελιών, την τοποθέτηση των brands εντός των σημείων πώλησης (POS) και την υλοποίηση ενεργειών με trade equipment (stands, επιμέρους προωθητικά υλικά κ.ά.).
  • Αναλύεις τάσεις, KPI reporting & δημιουργείς data-driven προτάσεις μέσω ERP ( Soft1) & MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Αναλαμβάνεις τη διοργάνωση exclusive demos & workshops που ενισχύουν το brand awareness και τη δέσμευση συνεργατών
  • Θέτεις στόχους για αύξηση πωλήσεων ανά συνεργάτη, με συστηματική παρακολούθηση και ενεργητικές ενέργειες upselling.

Requirements

Τι χρειάζεσαι για να πετύχεις:
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών σε ρόλο συντονισμού ομάδας B2B πωλήσεων ή διαχείρισης χονδρικού δικτύου.
  • Εμπειρία σε beauty, pharma ή FMCG περιβάλλον θεωρείται σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα ηγεσίας, καθοδήγησης και αξιολόγησης ομάδων
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης ομάδας και κάθε μέλος αυτής
  • Άνεση στη χρήση CRM, ERP και MS Excel (pivot, filters, βασικές συναρτήσεις).
  • Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία συνεργασίας όπως Slack, Asana ή Trello.
  • Εμπορική αντίληψη και στρατηγική σκέψη, με κατανόηση της σημασίας KPIs.
  • Ικανότητα σύνταξης εμπορικής αλληλογραφίας και reports με ακρίβεια.
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και άριστη γνώση αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά).
  • Αποτελεσματική συνεργασία με διαφορετικά τμήματα
