You will provide guidance, training, and support to team members while monitoring performance metrics to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and coach a team of call center representatives to achieve performance targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor call center operations and metrics to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and recognize achievements.
  • Implement and maintain effective processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in call center technologies and performance metrics.
  • Ability to motivate and engage team members to achieve goals.
