ValueSync is looking for motivated and articulate Call Center Executives to join the HERON Energy SA team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing the needs of our clients. You will handle various inquiries related to products and services, resolve customer issues, and document interactions in our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, and promote services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions, aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and resolutions in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  • Stay updated on HERON Energy SA products and services to provide informed assistance to customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or degrees are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient with call center technology and basic computer applications.
