PROJECT MANAGER

Αναζητούμε έμπειρο Μηχανικό Διαχείρισης Κατασκευαστικών Έργων που θα σχεδιάζει και θα επιβλέπει μεγάλο εύρος κατασκευαστικών έργων από αρχής μέχρι τέλους. Θα οργανώνει τις κατασκευαστικές διαδικασίες και θα διασφαλίζει ότι ολοκληρώνονται με έγκαιρο και αποτελεσματικό τρόπο.

Θα πρέπει να είναι καλά ενημερωμένος σε όλες τις μεθοδολογίες και διαδικασίες κατασκευών, και ικανός να συντονίσει μια ομάδα επαγγελματιών διαφορετικών τομέων προκειμένου να επιτευχθούν τα βέλτιστα αποτελέσματα.

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου :

  • Απόφοιτος Α.Ε.Ι, Α.Τ.Ε.Ι. ή Ι.Ε.Κ.
  • Θα είναι σε συνεχή επικοινωνία – συνεργασία με μηχανικούς, αρχιτέκτονες κτλ. για τον καθορισμό των προδιαγραφών του έργου
  • Διαπραγμάτευση συμβάσεων με εξωτερικούς πωλητές προκειμένου να επιτευχθούν επικερδείς συμφωνίες
  • Εξασφάλιση αδειών από τις αρμόδιες αρχές
  • Καθορισμός των απαιτούμενων πηγών (ανθρώπινο δυναμικό, εξοπλισμός και υλικά) από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος δίνοντας προσοχή στους περιορισμούς του προϋπολογισμού
  • Προγραμματισμός όλων των κατασκευαστικών λειτουργιών και σχεδιασμός ενδιάμεσων φάσεων προκειμένου να εξασφαλιστεί ότι θα τηρηθούν οι προθεσμίες
  • Φροντίδα για την έγκαιρη απόκτηση εξοπλισμού και υλικού, και επίβλεψη αποθεμάτων έτσι ώστε να αποφευχθούν ελλείψεις
  • Πρόσληψη εργολάβων και λοιπού προσωπικού και ανάθεση ευθυνών
  • Επίβλεψη της εργασίας των εργατών, μηχανικών κτλ. και καθοδήγησή τους, όταν χρειάζεται
  • Αξιολόγηση της προόδου και προετοιμασία λεπτομερών αναφορών

Απαιτήσεις

  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία ως Project Manager Κατασκευαστικών Έργων
  • Εμπειρία στον χώρο των τηλεπικοινωνιών θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν
  • Σε βάθος κατανόηση των κατασκευαστικών διαδικασιών και υλικών, καθώς και των αρχών διαχείρισης έργων
  • Εξοικείωση με τα πρότυπα ποιότητας, υγείας και ασφάλειας
  • Καλή γνώση του MS Office
  • Εξαιρετικές ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και διαπραγμάτευσης
  • Εξαιρετικές δυνατότητες οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης χρόνου
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα με ηγετικές ικανότητες
  • Πιστοποίηση PMP ή αντίστοιχη θα αποτελέσει πλεονέκτημα
