Are you a sharp, detail-driven finance professional looking to accelerate your career in a high-growth global organization? We're seeking a Management Reporting Senior Associate to elevate management reporting within our Finance team.

In this critical role, you'll play a key part in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders around the world. You'll work cross-functionally across Finance to bring clarity to financial performance, enabling smarter, faster decision-making.

• End-to-End Reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly Group-level management financials, including P&L, Cash Flow, margin analysis, and performance dashboards.
• Insight Generation: Analyze actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods; uncover trends, explain variances, and provide actionable insights
• Executive-Level Visibility: Support monthly leadership and Board reporting with clear summaries, visuals, and strategic commentary
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Provide historical insights and performance tracking to support the annual planning cycles
• Stakeholder Support: Assist in responding to audit and investor queries related to financial KPIs and business performance
• Process Innovation: Continuously improve reporting tools and processes to drive scalability, accuracy, and efficiency

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in management reporting, FP&A, or financial analysis, ideally in a global or high-growth environment
• Deep understanding of financial statements and performance drivers, with a sharp eye for both detail and strategic impact
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills—you can turn data into clear insights for both finance and non-finance audiences
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or ERPs (e.g., D365) is highly valued
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a drive to improve systems and processes
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present to senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or a Master's is a plus
