Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to present a wonderful opportunity for a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Reality (VR) & Augmented Reality (AR) Department. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are enthusiastic about emerging technologies and committed to providing outstanding support to our clients utilizing VR and AR products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking clients through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about VR and AR products, delivering detailed explanations and effective troubleshooting guidance.
  • Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and best practices to ensure customers understand how to use VR and AR technologies effectively.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex customer issues efficiently and enhance overall service quality.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in VR and AR technology to provide relevant and accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service capabilities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within the technology, gaming, or related sectors.
  • Strong interest in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.
