Responsibilities- Assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues via phone and email in German.
- Provide top-notch consumer service by addressing customer needs professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the database for future reference and analysis.
- Contribute to daily team meetings and share insights to help improve service processes.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with customers and coworkers.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
- A willingness to embrace relocation to Greece with company support.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not essential.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
