Responsibilities- Engage with Danish-speaking clients to understand their adventure tourism preferences and travel needs.
- Craft personalized itineraries that include adventurous activities and excursions across Greece.
- Provide expert advice on adventure travel, including hiking, water sports, and cultural activities.
- Handle bookings and logistical arrangements to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
- Stay updated on adventure tourism trends and popular destinations within Greece.
- Collaborate with local guides and service providers to enhance customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate customer records and efficiently manage inquiries and feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in travel advisory, especially in adventure tourism, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for travel and helping clients discover new experiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client inquiries effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in itinerary planning.
- Familiarity with Greek adventure tourism offerings and outdoor activities is advantageous.
- Willingness to collaborate with team members and local partners in Greece.
