Responsibilities
  • Moderate and review user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines.
  • Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and report any inappropriate content or user behavior violations.
  • Analyze user interactions to provide insights for enhancing community engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop best practices for effective moderation.
  • Offer feedback on content trends and user interactions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of moderation practices.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive topics professionally and constructively.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
