Objective

As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth, timely configuration and maintenance of company's computer systems. Your goal is to diagnose any problem in the systems and repair it quickly. The role works closely with all people throughout the business to ensure unified performance and operation.

Main Responsibilities


• Monitor and maintain servers, domain configuration – Microsoft Azure/O365 and all systems according to requirements,


• Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups,


• Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats (access controls, backups, and firewalls),


• Install and configure software and hardware,


• Manage network servers and technology tools,


• Set up new user accounts and perform access control,


• Troubleshoot technical issues,


• Upgrade systems with new releases and models

Requirements


• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline,


• Professional certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) are a plus,


• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role,


• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure/Office 365,


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek language
