Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system for future reference.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and stay updated on company policies.
- Offer insights for process improvements and assist in developing innovative customer service strategies.
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish, both written and spoken; proficient English is required.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for experiencing a new culture.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
