Are you an ambitious sales professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Developer to join our team at Delta Foods. Based in the city of Pyrgos or Amaliada, you will be responsible for overseeing our company's commercial activities across the regional units of Ilia and Achaia, with a particular focus on the area of Aigio.

As an experienced member of our team, you will play a critical role in the development of your area.

  • Manage resources effectively and implement our sales division's processes and programs.
  • Achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
  • Promote our corporate image at every touchpoint.
  • Work closely with our representatives to ensure the success of our commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the sales field, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with our team and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional negotiation abilities.
  • A results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in PC literacy, including MS Office applications.
  • A valid driving license is necessary for this position.
