Golden Opportunity: Migration and Investment Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced paralegal to join our dynamic team, focusing on migration and investment related activities.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of immigration and investment cases, specifically in the area of Golden Visa programs and Work Migration/Mobility programs. Their primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the legal team in assessing client eligibility for various residency programs;
• Preparing and reviewing visa/permit residency applications and supporting materials;
• Communicating with clients and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations;
• Documenting case progress in the company's CRM system and providing regular updates to clients.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and organized individual with excellent written communication and drafting skills. They should possess fluency in English, both orally and in writing, and have a strong understanding of business acumen and interpersonal skills.

• University degree desirable;
• At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a leading law firm or large in-house department;
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in immigration law, with a focus on Golden Visa and Work Migration/Mobility programs;
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills;
• Fluency in English;
