Job Title

As a market manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and manage relevant product portfolios to meet customer demands.
  • Provide technical support to sales teams and key customers, ensuring seamless communication and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product performance, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and stock levels to optimize business outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in market management, category/product management, or sales (ideally in B2B or technical sectors).
  • Skills: Strong technical understanding, problem-solving mindset, analytical and negotiation skills, excellent command of English and Greek, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems, and a team player mindset with a hands-on approach.
