**Job Description**

As a senior financial professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's long-term financial growth and stability. Collaborating with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this position will be accountable for preparing and analyzing financial information to provide accurate and timely reporting to management for decision-making purposes.

Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring timely completion of all financial activities, and preparing financial reports. Additionally, you will develop strategic financial goals for the company and execute financial planning that supports this initiative. You will also assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts and provide financial analysis for business operations.

Moreover, you will maintain accurate and complete financial records, including cash flow, budgets, and forecasts. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, including GAAP standards, as well as legal and ethical standards in all financial activities is crucial.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • BSc in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, with a Master's degree being desirable
  • At least seven years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the services industry
  • Solid understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles and a working knowledge of GAAP standards
  • Demonstrated capacity to evaluate complex financial data and provide meaningful analysis and recommendations
  • Good understanding of accounting/finance IT tools
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, highly proficient particularly in Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and detail oriented
  • Sound communication, organizational, and presentation skills with ability to lead and engage stakeholders
  • Able to handle pressure well and being self-motivated
