Our organization is seeking a skilled and organized Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to our legal team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, communicating effectively with clients and colleagues, preparing and filing legal documents, and maintaining case management systems. In addition, you will manage phone communications, keep contact databases current, and support meeting deadlines by managing multiple calendars and sending timely reminders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with proven experience as a Secretary, preferably in a legal setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and strong time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with litigation management software is a plus.
