We are seeking to hire a Business Analyst IT E-Mobility Systems (Mid Level) to join our Professional Services team and become part of our success story.

What will you do:

On Requirements:

  • Organize and prioritize requirements using techniques such as — but not limited to — epics, user stories and backlogs.
  • Specify and validate requirements and constraints to a level that enables effective development and operations of new or changed software, systems and processes.
  • Negotiate trade-offs that are acceptable to key stakeholders and within budgetary, technical, regulatory constraints.   

On Business Situations:

  • Adopt holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identifies recommendations for improvements.
  • Investigate business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity.
  • Engage and collaborate with key operational stakeholders.

On Information Flows:

  • Identify and process information that is used to support decision-making, business processes and digital services.
  • Contribute on the development of innovative ways for managing the information of the division.
  • Support data engineering, integration and interoperability activities from functional point of view.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of enterprise applications in large-scale organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience with minimum 1 year in large-scale organization.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience on business analysis and requirements management (life cycle, analysis and design).
  • Professional experience in the energy, e-mobility or utilities sector is a huge plus.
  • Business Analysis certifications such is PMI-PBA, IIBA-CCBA or similar is a plus.
  • Experience in data modelling (conceptual and logical models, business metrics) is a plus.
