Asset Management Professional

We are looking for a Asset Management Professional to join our dynamic team.

As the Asset Management Professional you will be responsible for providing administrative support in asset management.

• Maintaining and updating electronic and physical records related to properties, investments, or other assets.
• Preparing reports and documentation.
• Real Estate/Investment Management Support, monitoring new projects and facility licensing.
• Collaborating with legal, financial, and other departments, as well as suppliers and clients, regarding company real estate management matters.
• Handling daily correspondence with all relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate portfolio management.
• Understanding of technical terms and documents related to Asset Management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems or real estate management software is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Technical University).
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in property management, licensing, a technical company, or a real estate management firm.
