Your Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients regarding IT support and cybersecurity inquiries.
- Provide expert advice on cybersecurity best practices and risk management.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend necessary measures.
- Educate clients on cybersecurity tools and approaches to help enhance their security framework.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and threats in IT support and cybersecurity to provide informed solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a benefit. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or a related technical field is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols, frameworks, and tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks independently.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and remaining informed about emerging cyber threats and technologies.
